The OptiHeatX Affiliate Program provides you with the tools, knowledge, and resources you need to succeed in the evolving world of hybrid heating systems. OptiHeatX supports both of these roles, but it’s crucial to maintain a clear separation of responsibilities within a single project to avoid potential conflicts of interest. This page outlines the opportunities and guidelines for professionals working with OptiHeatX. And if you have any questions, our 24/7 AI-powered Telegram chatbot is always ready to provide expert-level technical support.

Installer vs. Consultant – Avoiding Conflicts of Interest
OptiHeatX recognizes that professionals may wear multiple hats. However, to ensure objectivity and protect the interests of the property owner, we strongly advise against a single individual or company acting as both the Installer and the Consultant are on the same OptiHeatX project.
- Installer: The Installer is responsible for the physical installation of the heating system according to the OptiHeatX Project specifications and its maintenance.
- Consultant: The Consultant provides unbiased advice and guidance to the property owner throughout the OptiHeatX process (Guide, Road Map, Project selection, Automation setup, acceptance, operation, maintenance).
If you are primarily an installer, focus on providing excellent installation services based on the OptiHeatX Project. If you wish to offer independent consulting, ensure that you are not also the installer on the same project. The only exceptions could be post installation topics like Automation Use and Running. This separation of roles helps maintain transparency and avoid potential conflicts of interest.
Prohibited Actions
As an OptiHeatX Affiliate, you are prohibited from:
- Reselling OptiHeatX Products: You cannot purchase OptiHeatX products (Road Map, Project, Automation) and resell them to clients. All products must be purchased directly by the property owner.
- Misrepresenting Your Relationship with OptiHeatX: You cannot claim to be an employee, partner, or official representative of OptiHeatX (beyond the “Affiliate” designation).
- Using OptiHeatX Materials Without Attribution: You must clearly credit OptiHeatX as the source of any information or designs you use, and you must explain to your customers the requirement to purchase the necessary OptiHeatX products directly from OptiHeatX, outlining the recommended product flow and the pricing model, including the DEASM.
- Providing Services Using OptiHeatX Products to Clients Without Direct Purchase: You cannot provide any services (consulting, installation, etc.) that utilize OptiHeatX products if the client has not directly purchased those products from OptiHeatX. Failure to ensure the Project is purchased will have a financial impact on the property owner (through the DEASM on Automation connection), and you may be held liable for this impact due to violation of these license terms.
- Providing custom designs and project documentation using OptiHeatX Design Guide and/or Project products: You cannot create custom designs and project documentation for clients based on OptiHeatX products. The Automation will not support anything beyond the digital project (which is among the deliverables of Project). The right way is to request OptiHeatX to support those extensions. We will take them into careful consideration and either support them or argument why it shouldn’t be done.
- Violating Intellectual Property Rights: You cannot distribute or modify OptiHeatX materials.
- Offering Competing Services: You may not offer competing products that are confusingly similar to OptiHeatX products.
Consequences of Violations
Violation of these terms may result in:
- Revocation of Affiliate Status: You will no longer be listed on the OptiHeatX Affiliates page.
- Termination of Access: You may lose access to OptiHeatX resources and support.
- Legal Action: In cases of severe intellectual property infringement or misrepresentation, OptiHeatX may pursue legal action.
Compliance Monitoring
OptiHeatX employs a multi-faceted approach to monitor compliance with these Affiliate License Terms:
- Systematic Verification: The Automation System connection process requires a valid, digitally signed system scheme, which is only obtainable through the Project. This prevents unauthorized systems from connecting to the Automation platform.
- Property Owner Reporting: OptiHeatX encourages property owners to report any suspected violations of these terms.
